Case Introduction
In order to cope with increasingly complex market demands, a well-known electrical factory in East China need to change their traditional models, reduce labor costs, and improve their intelligence and digitalization level.
The company cooperated with Multiway Robotics and introduced an integrated solution of "Automated VNA forklift MW-K15 + X20 + software system" to realize automatic entry and exit of the electrical factory and automatic loading and unloading of the production line.
Automated VNA forklift MW-K15
The unmanned VNA forklift MW-K15 can lift up to 9 meters, and the narrowest lane width is only 1.75 meters. The vehicle body does not need to turn. By rotating the fork 180° and moving left and right, it can stack and load goods on both sides of the lane. It can be used efficiently in narrow passages, floors, elevated warehouses and other places.
The project involves everything from incoming and outgoing warehouse connections to shelf storage plus upstream and downstream line connections. In the past, floor changeover transportation was done manually, which was not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also difficult to trace materials. After the introduction of the Multiway Robotics' on-site intelligent logistics solution, multiple vehicles can coordinate efficiently and the material handling efficiency is improved.
After the PDA assign the task, the AGV forklift automatically goes to the warehousing dock to pick up the goods and places the goods in the shelf area. During the process of transfer, the storage location can be selected and allocated according to the height and weight of the goods. Goods with weight heavier than the default values will be placed on the lower level shelves.

The WMS warehouse management system supports material information management, receipt & delivery management, inventory & shelf management in the warehouse, and personnel management. It can also customize reports according to needs. The WCS equipment control system is connected to the other party's ERP system to realize full-process logistics information management.
The RCS scheduling system can support hundreds of different types of robots operating at the same site. It can supervise, control and schedule robots to achieve real-time response, and helps users to know the status, location and working tasks of robot equipment in real time from the system interface.
