Case Introduction
We will bring practical case applications of Multiway unmanned forklifts in multi floor warehousing and logistics scenarios of well-known home appliance enterprises, hoping to provide thinking for home appliance manufacturers on robot replacement.
The object of transportation is small household appliances. In the past, manual transportation was often used in the storage process, and goods were transported to designated locations by taking elevators.
Due to the challenges of high personnel costs, low work pace, and unsatisfactory elevator efficiency, enterprises hope to achieve automated inbound and outbound requirements in order to save manpower, improve warehouse storage quality and efficiency.

The site involves cross-floor handling on the 1st/4th/5th floors. The self-developed software WCS manages the upstream and downstream equipment in a unified manner. The unmanned forklift is docked with the elevator control module, eliminating the need to stop and wait for the elevator, greatly improving the turnover efficiency.
Without the need to modify the project site, the WeFront X20 relies on advanced laser SLAM navigation, 360° scanning of the surrounding area, autonomous construction of an environmental map, and adaptive on-site environment to achieve efficient operation of inbound and outbound warehousing.

According to the feedback from the enterprise site, using multiple WeFront X20s for the entry and exit of finished household appliances, multi-vehicle collaboration, and significant improvement in handling efficiency, automatic cross-floor turnover and handling of goods can be achieved, with efficient docking of equipment throughout the site and flexible adjustment of transportation routes.
