Operation Process

In response to the specific needs of textile production, Multiway has designed a set of efficient automated operation solutions. According to the production rhythm, the AGV stacker can accurately take out the required materials from the shelf storage area, and the AGV pallet truck is responsible for quickly transporting these materials to the workshop production line for loading and unloading operations. At the same time, the empty pallets are also transported from the empty pallet picking position in the workshop back to the empty pallet storage area, forming a complete closed-loop operation process.

SL14's precise stacking function and comprehensive safety protection ensure the stability and safety of materials during storage and transportation. While X1 performs ground handling and play an important role in material handling and docking. In addition, the Multiway's equipment control system WCS is seamlessly connected with the company's warehouse management system WMS, automatic doors, robotic arms, etc., ensuring the smooth progress of the entire operation process. The scheduling system RCS is responsible for intelligent scheduling of the entire robot system to ensure collaborative operation between various devices.
