Case Introduction
Recently, Haier Group, the world's leading provider of home appliance, has joined hands with Multiway Robotics, a leading on-site intelligent logistics solution provider, to promote the automation and digital upgrade of production line intralogistics. Haier Group produces a wide range of home appliances, including water heaters, kitchen appliances, computers and peripherals, household appliances, personal care appliances, maternal and infant appliances, health appliances, elderly-friendly appliances, smart home appliances and commercial solutions. Haier Group meets the diverse needs of global users through continuous technological innovation and product upgrades. In recent years, it has been seeking to improve its intralogistics efficiency and reduce operating costs through technological innovation. Multiway Robotics, with its advanced technology and solutions in the field of automated forklifts, has become an important driver for Haier's intralogistics automation upgrade.
This production line logistics automation upgrade is based on the existing workshop layout and specific production processes, and in accordance with technical requirements, using the advanced and intelligent logistics robot counterbalanced automated forklift MW-SE15 to achieve intelligent warehousing and automated turnover of materials. With RCS, WCS, and MES scheduling, the solution saves labor costs, improves handling efficiency and operation safety, enhances corporate image, and achieves the automation, intelligence, and informatization of the production process.
The counterbalanced automated forklift MW-SE15 used in this project has been fully upgraded in terms of mechanical appearance design. It has a perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics, and a new vehicle shape. Its streamlined body has an overall industrial feel. The vehicle structure and internal wiring harness are composed of integrated and unified standards. Through these upgrades and optimizations, the body shape and appearance of the mechanical equipment have been significantly improved, so as its functionality and reliability. These improvements not only respond to the market's demand for efficient and environmentally friendly equipment, but also bring a better user experience to customers.
Haier Group has achieved automated handling of production line logistics by introducing Multiway's unmanned forklifts, combined with the RCS dispatching system and WCS equipment control system. This integrated software and hardware solution not only improves the efficiency of warehousing and warehousing, but also ensures the safety of product transportation. In the automatic loading and unloading of the final assembly production line, the unmanned forklift realizes the full process automation from production to warehousing to empty pallet recycling. This automated process not only reduces manual operations, but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of operations. The vehicle used in the project adopts automatic charging mode to meet 24-hour uninterrupted operation; it also reserves a manual charging interface and is equipped with a manual charger to meet manual charging in manual emergency conditions.
With the help of Multiway's unmanned forklifts and its intelligent logistics solutions, a Haier Group factory not only realized production line logistics automation internally, but also expanded its intelligent logistics to third-party platforms, realizing the transparent flow of equipment and information. Through cooperation with us, Haier has further enhanced its production competitiveness in intelligent manufacturing and digital factory construction.
The cooperation between Haier Group and Multiway Robotics has successfully explored a new step in the upgrading of logistics automation. Looking to the future, both parties will continue to deepen cooperation and explore more intelligent and automated solution scenarios.
